PRIVATE CLASSES

Every teacher participating in the Atlanta Tango Festival will be available to teach private classes during the time they expend in Atlanta.

The schedule of private classed will be coordinated by the Festival's organizers, in order to maximize the use of rooms and time. Priority will be given to Gold and Festival pass holders. Even if you have already contacted the teachers, please send a message to info@atlantatangofestival.com with the details of your request. You will be contacted to confirm the time and date of your class.

Once the festival has started, more classes can be added to the schedule of there is time and space for it. A schedule will be posted outside every room to help dancers and teacher s to schedule their classes.

In addition to the teachers participating in the Festival, other visiting teachers, like Christopher Nassopoulos and Caroline Peattie, will be available to teach during the festival.

TEACHERS TRAINING NETWORK: ON TEACHING CLOSE EMBRACE

BRIGITTA WINKLER and TOMAS HOWLIN will celebrate one more session of their Teacher Training Network session of classes.
This is a great opportunity to participate in their teacher training program, as well as contact and share your knowledge with other teachers from around the country.

Price: $30 ($15 with the purchase of a Gold or Festival Pass)

MILONGA RULES, ETIQUETTE AND ATTITUDE: How to get the most of your festival experience

BARBARA DURR will coordinate this class with the help of the rest of the teachers. The class will cover milonga non-written rules, and will help both leaders and followers to maximize their festival experience.

The class is open to participation and everyone's input, and it is specially recommended for dancers new to the festival scene. Experienced dancers are encouraged to participate.

Price: No charge with the purchase of a pass or a milonga ticket.
